Well the wait is over. Congress has finally approved both the Tax Credit extension and the Flood Insurance extension!! They passed the bills last night and now await Obama’s signature. Read about all the details from the National Association of Realtors here.

The House passed a bill to extend the Flood Insurance program also until Sep. 30th. The Senate must now approve both bills in order for these extensions to be finalized. Find out more here.
