Author: People are very down about the current real estate market. However, markets go up and down. Yet, there is something to appreciate in every market. In a down market, people are quiet enough to see and listen to what is going on around them. It is times like this, when we work on other things. That is when the real stars rise! People who know what they want, and where they are going, have passion! We all have passions. When someone shares theirs, it brings out ours.
